This is a track off of the 2018 solo album, “Long for A New Place”
This is the first release since relocating to Seattle. Some of the songs were written before the move, and the rest after. The material is more personal and intimate than anything I've done before, hence I felt it had to be a true solo album. It's a portrayal of the longing, uncertainty, triumph, and loneliness associated with making an enormous change; following my thoughts and observations leading up to the move and afterword as I attempted to build a new life. Thank you so much for listening!

Alvvays has always been great, but with this album they took it to the next level. Every one of these songs is lodged in my brain now, permanently (in a good way). s. moxley
