Two friends who met at a Sounders Match in 2015 that decided to create some music together.
Jacqueline was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Seattle in 2007. A self-taught musician with a passion for harmonies, interwoven vocal layers and dreamy guitars. Loves to blast vintage Madonna on Friday nights. She is also a member of Echodrone.
Daniel Deiters was born and raised in Grand Haven, Michigan and moved to the PNW in 2013. Daniel fancies the guilty pleasure of singing along to Taylor Swift songs but his true love is AC/DC and Led Zeppelin.
Two totally different backgrounds combined to make intense melodic and vintage shoegaze/prog-rock.

Alvvays has always been great, but with this album they took it to the next level. Every one of these songs is lodged in my brain now, permanently (in a good way). s. moxley
