This almost ended up on Fair Weather Karma but we couldn't get happy with the mix at the time or decide which set of lyrics to use, and sonically it didn't fit the feel of the rest of the album.
lyrics
I want you to tune me in / turn me on / cross my wires…I want you to hook me up / learn my dials…I need you to start that fire…I want you to set me up / tear me down / bring that change…I want you to gear me up / spin me 'round…I think you should test my range…energize me...I want you to tune me in / turn me on / stop my time…I want you to fuck me up / burn me down…I bet you could blow my mind…energize me.

Alvvays has always been great, but with this album they took it to the next level. Every one of these songs is lodged in my brain now, permanently (in a good way). s. moxley
